Check In Times
Please allow 1 hour for Qantas & Virgin Domestic and 2 hours for International.
Jet star needs 1.25-1.5 hour check in.

Brisbane Airport International Terminal
Exit left from Customs and wait inside the terminal.
The driver will meet you there with your name on a sign.
Please locate your driver before moving from this area.

Brisbane Domestic Terminal
The driver will meet you at the luggage carousel of the airline.

Conditions of travel:
Point To Point Tours Pty will not be responsible for delays
incurred due to circumstances beyond their control.
Point to Point are not obliged to compensate any funds that travellers incur due to breakdowns or late arrivals
Please have appropriate insurance.

Luggage is limited to 2 suitcase per person.
Excess luggage will only be carried at the discretion
of Point To Point Tours Pty and may be subject to an additional charge.
Please label luggage including full address. No responsibility is accepted
by Point To Point Tours Pty for loss or damage to luggage, personal and/or valuable items.

All transfer services are NON-SMOKING. Due to government regulation, smoking
or the consumption of alcohol is illegal on coaches.

Cancellations.
No shows are fully charged.
On the day or 24 hours prior is full charge
24-48 hrs is 50%
Large coach cancellations are fully chargeable if cancelled 72 hours prior transfer.

What is the maximum number of bags I can take?
Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person. Excess baggage will only be carried at the
discretion of Point To Point Tours Pty and may be subject to an additional charge.
If you are travelling with surfboards/oversize baggage and excess luggage you are
required to advise this at the time of booking. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE.

Where do you carry our luggage?
They have large luggage space on board

Do you have baby capsules or boosters?
Yes we provide baby capsules & Booster seats

Do all your coaches have seatbelts?
Yes. Only 2 of the coaches are not equipped with seat belts.

Why do you want our flight details?
Flight details (including which airline, arrival time) assist us in
checking correct arrival and departure times.

Do you work on public holidays?
Yes we work on public holidays. Surcharges apply
